Mina Carlson is a visionary entrepreneur and purpose-driven leader whose passion for integrating business success with faith-based values has created a lasting impact in both corporate and ministry spaces. Her extensive experience includes helping startups achieve significant growth through their operations and people, advising large corporations, and inspiring leaders through strategic coaching and consulting.

Larnell Ransom, a Compton, CA native, is a dedicated community leader passionate about creating lasting change. In addition to his leadership position, with the YMCA, He is the co-founder of Bedz In Our Hood, a partnership with Sleep in Heavenly Peace that provides beds to children in need. He also leads Toyz In Our Hood, an initiative that brings holiday joy to families, and Fathers Up, a program encouraging fathers to be present in their children's lives.

As co-founder and Chief Community Visionary of D2O Water Company, Larnell is committed to delivering clean, safe drinking water to communities. His work integrates business success with faith-based values, mentoring leaders, strengthening local initiatives, and inspiring positive change.

 Tim Carlson brings 30+ years of leadership experience from a global industry leader, where he drove strategic initiatives and navigated complex challenges. 

Since retiring from corporate America, he has focused on helping businesses achieve clarity, control, and lasting success. 

As a coach, advisor, and board member, he champions cultures of integrity, honesty, and character.  Above all, Tim's faith is the foundation of his work. Guided by Christian values, he approaches every relationship with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference. 

  Jo Schultz is a strategic, relationship-driven leader dedicated to strengthening connections across business, faith, and community. She is the Member Engagement and Community Director for Legacy Financial Advisors at Thrivent and leads outreach initiatives that bring organizations together, cultivating partnerships that drive meaningful collaboration and align resources with purpose to create lasting, Kingdom-centered impact. A proud veteran, Jo brings a foundation of service, discipline, and integrity to her work, consistently building bridges between individuals, churches, and businesses to foster unity and shared success. With a passion for connecting people to opportunity and vision, she is committed to advancing initiatives that make a measurable difference across the communities she serves. 

  Michelle Ellis is a People Operations and Growth Consultant who has spent her career helping founders, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses across the country strengthen their teams, systems, and structure to scale with purpose. Raised Catholic but reintroduced to faith through her husband in 2020, Michelle’s walk with Christ has reshaped her approach to leadership and life. She is honored to serve with the Arizona Christian Chamber of Commerce, where her passion for helping business owners grow now aligns with her mission to build faith-driven communities that lead with courage and conviction.  

Tania Capin is a results-driven marketing strategist and business operations leader with over a decade of experience driving growth for technology organizations. She brings a strong blend of strategic marketing and operational leadership, having led integrated digital and traditional marketing initiatives that improved lead generation and conversion. Tania played a key role in scaling Health Information Management Systems (HiMS) through its acquisition by ASG, parent company of Radicle Health, and holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
