Mina Carlson is a visionary entrepreneur and purpose-driven leader whose passion for integrating business success with faith-based values has created lasting impact in both corporate and ministry spaces. Her extensive experience includes helping startups achieve significant growth through their operations and people, advising large corporations, and inspiring leaders through strategic coaching and consulting.

Larnell Ransom, a Compton, CA native, is a dedicated community leader passionate about creating lasting change. In addition to his leadership position, with the YMCA, He is the co-founder of Bedz In Our Hood, a partnership with Sleep in Heavenly Peace that provides beds to children in need. He also leads Toyz In Our Hood, an initiative that brings holiday joy to families, and Fathers Up, a program encouraging fathers to be present in their children's lives.

As co-founder and Chief Community Visionary of D2O Water Company, Larnell is committed to delivering clean, safe drinking water to communities. His work integrates business success with faith-based values, mentoring leaders, strengthening local initiatives, and inspiring positive change.

 Tim Carlson brings 30+ years of leadership experience from a global industry leader, where he drove strategic initiatives and navigated complex challenges. 

Since retiring from corporate America, he has focused on helping businesses achieve clarity, control, and lasting success. 

As a coach, advisor, and board member, he champions cultures of integrity, honesty, and character.  Above all, Tim's faith is the foundation of his work. Guided by Christian values, he approaches every relationship with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference. 

David O'Riordan comes with a deep-rooted passion for integrating business excellence with faith-based values, Dave has created lasting impact across corporate, nonprofit, and ministry spaces. His extensive experience includes leading large teams, optimizing operations, and driving strategic growth, all while championing customer experience and community development. As a business owner  in the media space, Dave also brings an entrepreneurial spirit to storytelling and brand-building, blending his expertise with a commitment to serving and inspiring others.

  Alicia Kern is a professional photographer who has been capturing moments since 1999 and launched as a photography business in 2015. As a devout Christian, she is Kingdom-focused and specializes in faith-based princess photo sessions for girls and women. In addition to her photography, Alicia stewards a ministry aimed at helping girls and women understand their identity and authority in Christ. She has a natural ability to connect with people, driven by her deep love for them, and stemming from an even deeper love for Jesus. Alicia is grateful for the opportunity to use the gifts God has given her while encouraging others to embrace their own talents.
